The cibus.trace standard brings transparency and traceability to the food chain.
In order to meet the growing need for traceable, credibly produced and labeled foods, cibus.trace meat aims to secure labeling elements for beef and veal, pork, as well as sheep and goat meat, at all slaughterhouses and cutting plants, food retailers and Wholesale, as well as to commercial butchers, agricultural direct marketers and brand owners in the meat supply chain.
The production and marketing companies have access to standardized tools for the implementation and verification of origin information, quality characteristics and brand programs based on guidelines.
