NAQS goods accompanying certificate for Korea

Since 01.02.2015, processed organic products (>95% organic content) that are certified according to Regulation (EC) 2018/848 and implementing regulations as amended are to be considered equivalent according to NAQS guidelines. This recognition exists for organic products that are produced or packaged within the EU. The last processing step must have taken place in the EU. 

Every organic export consignment to South Korea must be accompanied by a NAQS commodity accompanying certificate. As your responsible organic inspection body, we can issue this for each consignment, provided the provisions of the equivalence agreement are met.

Template of the NAQS Goods Accompanying Certificate

We kindly ask you to provide us with all necessary information (the "Import Certificate Number" requested in Box 2 will be assigned by us): 

• Goods accompanying document (i.e. usually delivery note) for the relevant delivery 
• If not visible on delivery note additionally: HS Code for the relevant products and "Shipping Identification" (idR container number) 

If the last processing step is not carried out by your company itself (field 4), you must also inform us of the last processor and its inspection body (for field 13 or 14).

We will be happy to issue the NAQS goods accompanying certificate on the basis of the data provided by you. The cost of this will be charged at € 52.50 per item; any additional work required will be invoiced additionally.
